Where community meets the mat! Join Golda this Saturday at 9:00 AM for mat Pilates at the second floor courtyard of The Barnett Hotel. A little sculpt, a little stretch, and lots of feel-good energy. Flow, vibe, and connect with other individuals who value wellness and community. Stay for coffee and sweets at the All Day Café after class. All levels welcomed! And don’t forget your yoga mats and any props you'd like to bring!
