Each Wednesday, flows are paired with curated soundscapes spanning Afrobeats, Neo Soul, Pop, House, Jazz, and more.

 

Set midweek, these classes offer a moment to reflect on the week so far, reset you energy, and move intentionally towards the days ahead. Yoga Social Club Atlanta is where wellness becomes social, movement becomes medicine, and community is cultivated with care.
